Project Management with a Personal Touch
Erith Project Consultants is Aaron Corser, a Project Manager with over 16 years experience representing owners in coordinating commercial, institutional, light industrial, municipal and multi-tenant residential building projects. Using his knowledge, technical expertise and attention to detail, Aaron supports clients through what can otherwise be an intimidating and jargon-filled process. Aaron is a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET), a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager (GSC), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a LEED AP with specialty in Building Design and Construction.
In 2009, Aaron transitioned from the commercial contracting industry to his role as a Project Management Consultant in order to provide personalized service for project owners and developers. Aaron has successfully delivered unique and challenging projects throughout Alberta, the Northwest Territories, Ontario, and even Northern Argentina, with a client list that includes industry-leading developers, respected local corporations, municipalities, and international organizations.
The Erith Philosophy: Respect, Trust, Communication.
The Erith philosophy is simple – high quality building projects rely on a strong foundation of mutual respect, trust, and clear, collaborative communication. Aaron applies these principles to every construction project, providing leadership and technical expertise while acting as a hub between the business owner, designers, contractors, and all involved stakeholders.
Communication is the key to managing successful building projects of any scale. Aaron coordinates project teams at every stage of the project life cycle using an “I’m it” approach. Rather than confusing stakeholders with large management teams and levels of reporting and responsibility, Aaron is able to keep the communication lines open by streamlining the process as the project’s sole contact for all involved parties.
Working with Erith means working with a Project Manager who can communicate with every member of the team. From high-level strategy to on-site problem solving, clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and craftsmen all appreciate Aaron’s technical knowledge and collaborative approach to getting the project done right. You supply your vision; Erith Project Consultants will take care of the rest.
